Razorpay - Doubts on PM Culture

Have heard good things about the PM function there - but never understood that why would people in a PM role leave within 9-15 months.

Do these guys leave wilfully or they are put in PiP and then forced to leave? Would be helpful if anyone from Razorpay can shed light on this.
