Cognizant has ruined my mental peace. First they trained me on Java, then deployed me for manual testing. The client ended the project, then they put me on the bench, they failed to put me in a project despite contacting 600 HMs and at the end laid me off. Now, when I tagged him about his personal gains he noticed me on twitter.

I am running a campaign to point out the evil practices being run in the company.

1. Stopped promotions by tweaking the policies
2. Delayed promotions and now giving peanuts
3. Mass silent lay offs
4. No new client and old ones are cutting the resources
5. Very bad management
6. Toxic work culture
7. Only Ravi Kumar is gaining profit
