This CEO has no vision at all. Depriving the employees will take this organisation at it's lowest point. Cognizant is well aware of the next round of high attrition again. I have seen Cognizant from its golden era and now will see its end. Sad!

Worst company to work.bad polices.no care about employees.long working hours.less hikes. No promotions.
