Trending @Capgemini; Ratings Received But No Promotion Mail
I am from 2022 batch and received my 18 months ratings on 5th april, but I haven't received any promotion letter nor any increment letter yet. Doest that mean I am not promoted nor getting any increment? Although I was billable for almost a year and worked as shadow for couple a months. What should I do in this situation? I even received WOW Award and Client Feedback Mail.
Your promotion letter is probably stuck in the same traffic jam as your work ethic. "Sabr ka phal meetha hota hai" (Patience bears sweet fruit). Why not improve your skills while waiting?
Okay , So the thing is we were a batch of 30 of campus placement from different colleges as a freshes, and out of us in this cycle 3 4 have received the promotion mail , while most of us haven't including me ,although I was billable throught out 2023 yet I didn't received any promotional mail nor hike yet , and got the rating as "Succeding" .
