Trending @Capgemini; Ratings from people manager

Im just the supervisor or people manager and not the N+1 I have given deserving employees the highest rating but in the end the last decision will be of N+1 I believe so what can I best do in this case for my employees I’m thinking the best I can do is explain what rating I gave and why and the final rating if it’s different then I’ll ask N+1 and for genuine performers escalate

What would be your expectation from your project supervisor

Your English is not really understandable but after reading carefully I could comprehend what you are trying to say. You're accountable to your team member as much as the N+1 is. So if you are not able to convince them it is not only N+1 but your failure too.

Same case for me, I gave a good rating to a deserving candidate and even I told him also but then the rating got changed by someone and I am not sure now how to deal with the resource as he expected a good rating
