Something which I have posted before: Ipf is an indicator for the band, esp for the HR. Limits differ wildly for units. E.g 4.5+ might be an indicated recommendation for an A, 4.8+ for an A+ (yes there is this unsaid band out there holding peak hike, if hike comes at all).
