Trending @Infosys; Ratings after resignation revoke
I recently taken back my resignation within 45 days of resigning, they released me from the project saying we have already arranged your replacement, will they give me lower ratings such as NI/UP during this appraisal cycle, I got 2 commendable ratings in last two years.
Any suggestion are truly appreciated.
They releasing you so quick means you were not critical or being considered high performer else they would have continued you. Or may be they have a better project for you in mind if you are a high performer. As or Sep 2025 how much time you spent on bench will decide your rating. But mostly they will put at ME if at time of rating you are not on a project
You can revoke before last day also if approvals are pending everything will be auto approved on previous to last day.
Imp qstn why did you revoke your resignation within 45 days? Did they offer anything to you in terms of hike or onsite opp.?
No they offered nothing, actually I resigned without offer in hand due to some professional and personal commitments and seeing very dry market revoked my resignation
