I got 4.38 in FAV . What i can expect A or B ?? and by what time.

It's the first year anniversary rating, you will not get any band this time. The Band and new rating will be given to you on your next financial year appraisal cycle ideally March-2025.
If you joined TCS as a fresher, then you can expect a hike of 7-9% based on your current rating in this month itself or If you joined TCS as an EP (experience candidate), then you will not get any hike this time, you have to wait till March-2025 for getting a hike in your current compensation.
Thanks but how is come they can do this even we are exp canditate but we also worked for organisation for a year and they are not giving anything…… while interview or HR call they havent discussed even… This dosent seems fair as we also worked for company na
I understand your concern and situation but it's a policy and currently implemented. So, nobody can do anything in this.
If you want any hike, then the only option you have to put your papers(resign), then your manager and HR will try to retain you by giving some hikes.(Note- Try this option only when you have another competitive offer in hand and you are a critical associate or have huge dependency in the project then only they will retain you otherwise they will accept your resignation without any hesitation).

That is your anniversary appraisal. No band or hike for lateral joiners. You will have to wait for the band and hike for 2024-25 year.
what’s your grade? if c3b and above “then wait for nothing “else “ask your manager “
Dont expect anything from management even if you get 4 rating many of the associate's have got C band .
