Hi I have put my papers .Ideally i should get outstanding if i am still being in that project .But as i am leaving in more 2 months they discussed like if I am ok to get Met Expectation.Is that fine or should I ask for what I should get?please suggest. My concern is what if I have to be back here in a worst case.?
As a manger i can say, you will get met expectations, unless you are retained!! No point of discussions. Your rating already frozen and just waiting for confirmation to release them!!
And on the second part, as part latest changes, any lateral employee profile cannot be considered unless he/she worked fo at least 2 years and for freshers 4 years. If you’re leaving before, your name black listed!!
Can the rating be changed if I am retaining in any case later.
