Today my rating status changed to "Rating with Appraiser" but my manager told he does not know anything about it. Not sure when ratings will be communicated.

I got my rating first time in infy met expect when should I get my increment from next month or is anything else

Current hike being rolled out is for 2022 2023 cycle
