Trending @Infosys; Rating Sign Off Query

For last 3 year I ma working on same project I was consistently OS rating. Suddenly they drop my rating to ME and just said you just got promotion your role got change we apart from project involvement they need extracurricular activity. What if didn’t signed of and what is the last day to sign Off for the rating ?

If you got promoted and still performing at same level doing same things as before this is bound to happen. The higher you go your contribution outside projects will also be considered for rating.
