Due to my shit technical lead who has zero acceptance had some grudge on me, even though I completed all the tasks correctly before iteration ending still that shjtty guy gave me 1 rating, is there any official platform in CTS to report it? And will this affect march month bonus? Will I get any bonus amount?

I have completed Mandatory certifications for the year, been part of the interview panel , got appreciation mail from client twice , completing all the tasks within deadline , going to office regularly every week without fail even though i have medical issues , still i got 2 rating. What else are we suppose to do to get atleast 3 rating ?

One thing bro, dont give your 100% here, no one gonna acknowledge it, you take advantage of being here, complete only the task that they give to you, even if you go regularly to ofc or not in the end they will give shit Rating, better try to enjoy life here and learn new things and often Once or twice a year change the company and increasw LPA

For 1, there is no bonus

Because of that as ho, I lost the chance of promotion and bonus 💩

We all are assho at some point , we know who is doing what, but still can't raise our voice just because of the position or someone is there who's blessing is working from behind

Actually I was in diff acc last year, now in diff one, because of that Rating definitely it would have created a bad impression on me in my new acc, I dont know how to solve this now, however there wont be any change in that rating right?

You can go for greivance registration. You need to have a meeting with your supervisor through meeting invitation and then publish the MoM . Similarly you need to meet with his supervisor and publish the MoM. Take both MoM to unit HR and present your case. Then HR will connect your bosses to decide the case.

How exactly to do that thing?

I mentioned the steps above.. If you want to know your HR then go to Onecognizant then Associate 360 app then on right side you will see your HR name. Then proceed by sending email to the about grienvance .. then HR will tell you the sequence

In the goperform where you got the rating below that associate comment box is there. You can raise your point there it will get notified to your manager and HR and they will take appropriate steps. Not sure if that associate comment option is still active or disabled. Else PIP will be initiated.

Are you guys are really satisfied with your project and team? Or this shit happens almost everywhere?

The same thing happened to me. Despite being much more senior than you, I joined this project and worked extremely hard, often doing night shifts without any excuses. I had a good relationship with both the client and my manager, who was not Indian, and he was quite satisfied with my performance. However, the senior manager whom I had never even spoken to ended up giving me a rating of 2. To be honest, I never deserved that. Looking back, I feel really bad about it. When I had the chance, I should have switched jobs, but due to personal and family reasons, I decided to stay. That turned out to be one of my mistakes.

Send a mail to your manager and your senior manager stating that you have done everything and still got this low rating if you think you deserve atlst 3 rating.
Also if they give one task if you are taking one day to complete make it as 3 days to complete and tell them it’s in progress everyday
Until you do it everytime everyday when they ask they will take your advantage. Make it like you will work as per your ratings and salary not as per their demands. If they remove from project also don’t worry my friends are in bench and they get to do courses and learn many things and skill up that will help atlst in getting new project or new company
