Rating or Band is it applicable while on maternity leave

Hi All,

I was on maternity leave from Mar 2024 to Nov 2024. I joined back on Dec to the same project but they did not have any requirements so after a month they released me. And from Jan 2025 I am in to a different project. I have raised project end appraisal from Mar to Dec 2024 in old project and from Jan to Mar 2025 in new one.

I would like to understand if Rating or Band is it applicable for me ? If yes how is it getting decided and who will be responsible for giving me the band.
