Rating or band in appraisals
I joined TCS as an Assistant Consultant on March 12th. Will I be eligible for appraisal in March.
Anniversary Appraisal is Shit buddy. There is no salary hike in the anniversary appraisal. TCS is a running scam in the name of EP hiring and HR never mentions that during recruitment. Just leave as soon as possible.
no lol, I got 7% hike in anniversary appraisal (as a fresher). For lateral hires, there's no hike.
Say if you joined on march 12 2025, by march 01 2026 your anniversary will be completed and you are eligible for hike on april 2026.
At the same time if you joined on april 03 2025, by april 01 2026 your anniversary will be completed and you are not eligible for hike on april 2026, and your first hike will be on april 2027.
Exactly true. Most of the people not aware this one. We need to decide no hike in tcs before joining in tcs. Then whenever they will give 1% or 2% need to accept it here. None of voice will help you out if you are facing any issue here. hopefully this app will help some people. Don’t know people are believing or not. But waste of time joining in tcs. One good thing if you get Onsite then only better here.
Experienced persons joining TCS will always have SCAM as their first appraisal known as ANNIVERSARY APPRAISAL. For god sake i hope TCS HRs start telling this truth to every new joinee. Anniversary appraisal is nothing but a piece of paper given at the end which you cant even use to wipe your as**
I confirmed with a senior employee, and he stated that if someone joins between January and March, their anniversary appraisal will take place in January. During the final appraisal, the band will be determined based on the assigned rating.
