Trending @Infosys; Rating Issue with Reviewer

In case we don't sign off the rating provided by the reviewer then what will happen to the final rating.

Appraiser has given a good rating but the reviewer changed it.

Reviewer has some targets this time so without any reason change to ME rating

I got an ME rating this time.Even from the last 4 years I was getting CD rating and also part of ESOP.have DQ score more than 200 and also have skill tag.

Very difficult to contest met expectation rating. But if you want to contest you have to select to option to discuss rating. Not doing anything would just lead to default acceptance . By the way not just your reviewer, all reviewer have targets. They can give CD and above rating to max 30-35% of their resources
