Trending @Infosys; Rating issue with manager
I have worked whole year in a project, now first PM released me last month and now give me NI rating saying you were not working independently. And as you are a TA, the expectations are very high, can anyone suggest what to do?

Rating is always relative. 10% of the team should be rates low so it depends where you rank among your peers. If most in your JL do bad you are commendable and if everybody else is exceptional you are in NI

Whatever feedback he gave , is that true? Has he given this feedback before. You choose contest the rating and have discussion ka set up with manager , reviewe and the HR
