The discussion was regarding my office attendance of 3 days per week for a minimum of 7 hours per day. I have been following the Infosys policy of 10 office days per month. Subsequently, a few tasks were assigned to me, and concerns about my performance were raised now she has assigned NI Rating

I think most of the people are given ni or underperforming rating to avoid hikes😆
