Every time Iam getting 3 rating. And every time no increment.. is no increments for people who is getting 3 rating.. what is max rating we will get and max hike in r will get ?? Any hike we (3 rating) people can expect??
max rating is 5 out of 5 and for 4and 5 rating you will get 5to10% hike and for 3 rating you will get 2to5% hike
For me also 3 times I got 3 rating but no hike at all even after getting appreciation from the customer and also did contribution towards practice.
If anual growth of project nd company is not good then for 3 star they are not giving any hike and you know we are facing resession that's why but this time you will get some hike i think
This has nothing to do with increment, it all depends on what your manager is willing to give

Same case with me as well, 3 rating every time. What is the criteria for getting the hike. I am tagged in a good project since last 2 years and contributed towards practice also , then still in 2 years no hike .
It's not correct. On 3 rating also you get increment. It's on your manager. I got 3 rating last year and 6 % increment.
