Trending @HCL; Rating got changed without prior notice to the RM
RM gave the rating Exceptional Performance. But the rating got as Good Performance. In the case RM isn't lied that 💯 percent sure and i confirmed as well. What all are the reasons behind this case?
In New appraisal process L4 Heads of your account and CU account comes in to picture to finalise the ratings . In your case your RM might gave you EP . Here is the trick in final review where L4 needs to provide Bell curve and looks for people you did not properly fill appraisal forms , default rating in quarter , repetitive goals for all quarters etc. and the L4 of CU does not need any justification from your account L4 and with or with out you will get default rating GP . Next time pay attention in appraisal, fill on time , don’t copy paste data from previous quarter etc.,

How much hike do they give if rating is GP after all
