Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well.

I have a question regarding the annual increment for the performance review cycle from October 2023 to September 2024. I joined the company in June 2023 and received a "Met Expectations" rating for this fiscal year (on oct 2024). Unfortunately, I didn't receive an increment last year.

Could someone please clarify if I'll be eligible for an increment for the period from October 2024 to November 2025 based on my recent rating? Or will they consider the time I missed out on last year?
