Hi ,

I joined cts as lateral in Jan.I got billable after 5 months .My current utilisation is 40% and in red in go perform. I have below queries:

Will I get 3 rating minimum or even less than that??
How does variable pay will be calculated next year.is it from date of joining or from billable start date??

Actually utilisation does not matter much. They will be able to handle it internally. I saw people got a good rating even 5 when utilisation was even below 35%. If your performance is good you will get a good rating and it depends on your Manager. 2)From the date of joining. It will be calculated on the basis of your rating.
If you have joined on or before Dec 31 2024 you would have received in the November 2025 merit increase. If you have joined this year - no news about the upcoming hike and it is a million dollar question.
