Hello All , For rating 4.3 (C2 role ) how much increment can I expect from TCS in approximately?

Based on band u will get hike.
It Might be around 10-12℅.

Average highest hike for A is 8% .

As per experience rating is not related to Band(at least in the projects I have worked in) for 4.3 rating you can either get A or B band. Basically it can be anywhere between 5-8% depending on the band.

Depends on unit performance and your package but ideally 6%
