Rating and Band

Hello Everyone, I had joined as a Fresher in October. Could anyone explain the Ratings and Band System in TCS

After completing one year on October 2024 then only you will have anniversary appraisal and after that on march 2025 you will have annual appraisal that time you will receive band. For band you need to complete one year with organisation.
