Trending @Infosys; Rating

Last year my Manager has given me NI rating based on client escalation however when I asked him to show me those feedback recived from client he didn't show me those feedback till date. Please suggest here what action I shall take against my manager.

Last year as in your are talking about Oct 2024 ratings I am assuming. You have an option not accept rating and set up cams with manager , HR etc. and ask that email

Why are you not trying to switch to other companies about rating and stuff even if you got outstanding rating it will only increase your chances of getting increment percentage by 2-5%
