Trending @Cognizant; Rating 5 but reduced to 4

2022 : 3 2023 : 4 2024 : 3 2025 : 4

My HCM has give 5 rating but BU leadership reduced it to 4. Stating they will give me promotion this or next quarter.

Can we believe them ? Current designation : Associate-Projects Domain : AIA-AWS

I have 7 YOE overall and my CTC is 26LPA

I had offers with only 30% hike, but 5 days office mandatory.

Currently in WFH no one asked me WFO till now but im maintaing 2days WFO.
