Trending @Capgemini; Rating 4 (Needs Improvement)

Hi, I've been working in Capgemini since December 2021. For the first 2 years I've received 2 and 3(succeeding) ratings. But this time I received 4 and got released from the project on the 3/10/21. Since I didn't receive any calls so far for my skill and didn't receive any escalations and performance issues during my project period and attended 12 days must to office and completed all mandatory trainings in time. I want to know what are the considered aspects to provide a rating for the employee? Also any idea on how to appeal this rating ?
