I have been in the same project for more than 3 years The last 3 times i got good ratings but this YER I got a 4 and i will be placed on BOTP Can anyone explain what it is and what will be the process after BOTP is there any review again after completion of 60 days of BOTP

For which year your got this rating and what challenges were you faced in same project are there any escalations received from client or any miss behaviour issue with N+1?

Nothing happened....no escalation no issues..not sure why it happened ...last 3 times got a good one this YER i received 4
