RateMyProfessor equivalent for corporate managers

There should be an open forum to rate different managers anonymously so that anyone joining the company could get a hint of the kind of people they'd be reporting.

Thoughts ?

I would say "RateMyCompany" but again, it already exists in different forms on Glassdoor and others

Most managers are not permanent in org, so what will you get out of knowing about them prior to joining.

And wouldn't such forum be like maligning a person?
