Rate the salary - Asking for someone I know

I am posting this on behalf of someone I know personally.

They are working in a Product company as an HR. Their designation is HR Business Partner and they have 4 years experience. Their current salary is nearly 11 LPA (in hand) and wants to know if they're being paid the right salary.

For those working in HR, if you think they are not being paid the right salary, what should they ideally expect from the next organization in case they switch?

Since I can’t edit. 11 take home is rightly paid (I thought 11 was the CTC). 20-30% tops when they switch. Look for roles in bigger MNCs.

Support functions don’t get paid anywhere near tech salaries. For most companies, tech and product are core business - everything else is just support and cost. 11 sounds about right for an HRBP with 4 years. If she has an MBA, then that’s on the lower side.
