Rate my salary in Infy

13.4 YoE - male - skillset- multiple tools in SAP BI/Planning (SAC)

Current CTC - 43 LPA (Infosys Principal Consultant - Fixed 80% i.e. 34.4 LPA {includes Grauity}, Var 20% i.e. 8.6 LPA). I heard Infy pays 50-60% variable. So effective CTC 33.5 (Fixed without Gratutiy)+4.5 LPA (Variable) = 38 LPA.

In Accenture I was Associate Manager (29.7 Fixed+10% var) ~ 33 LPA (effective CTC)

I didn’t agree to 10% hike for retention as it was verbally promised.
