Rate my Salary, also advice needed!

Company: Infosys (joined as Fresher) YoE: 3.5 CTC: 16 LPA (I have worked for 10-12hrs daily for the first 2 years, now I work like 6hrs a day) I feel like my learning has gotten saturated in my current project. So, Should I stay in the same company and get my project changed (If I work 2 more years I might get around 20-22 LPA) Or should I opt for a switch?

My tech stack is Java Spring Boot, I'm learning a bit of GenAI currently. But seeing the market situation, I'm not sure what to do next.

Infosys isnt good company for upskilling bro. Get rid as soon as possible. Also im shocked how they offered this much hike to you based on this low experience?

I joined with a good CTC, and Infosys has a separate wing (STG) where the pay is high and on progression also they give good hike, so staying another couple of years could get another progression (easily 30-40% hike).

16 lpa is it in Infosys only? Infosys gives 16lpa for 3.5 experience? I heard that if we stayed in the same company how would it increase such a huge package?
