Shameful as an nitian. Ia this why u solved those jee physics questions to work with ordinary tier 3 guys and do slavery for tier 3 passout managers ?

Bruh you work for birlasoft
Look there's not always a larger purpose for everything. And you might also become a scientist using the JEE physics and maths and still work under someone coming from a bad college. I didn't do JEE for some bigger goal or purpose.

Hi All, I am working in Capgemini at B1 level(Associate Consultant) and recently promoted on 1st oct at B2( Consultant). My Current package is 7 LPA, can anyone pls let me know what is the max increment that i can expect, rating give was exceeding (2) .

I think we both are underpaid.

There's peanuts. Then there's your salary. But honestly try for more. At 3 YOE you could realistically target 30-35LPA.
Cool. Will try. Thanks
