Given where you started, I wouldn’t focus on compensation ratings. You’ve come far, there’s clearly a lot more that can be done in future. Don’t stop, but don’t look for validations like this. I have been following the industry closely, and i have noticed that even at the same experience level, many are earning over 35 LPA, yet most still don’t seem content. It often makes me wonder where we’re really heading and whether there’s ever an amount that truly brings satisfaction. Honestly, I’m not satisfied myself and currently struggling to get a decent increment or make a switch.
