After 6 months of bench period I was forced to resign by HR, after 30 min of resignation on Tuesday got a call from hiring manager whom I pinged on last Wednesday and he asked about what I have done in previous project and I answered, I asked him for a faster feedback and explained my situation about resignation, he arranged interview same day and I got qualified and HM reserved me for the project and asked me to show that status to HR for extension, that evening my resignation got accepted and my LWD has been set, as I previously informed HR about it but they neglected.The next day he pinged and asked me to prepare for some more topics and be prepared for project and I kept withdraw request for my resignation with good hope, the very next day my TSC Shittiest POC called me and asked for an email confirmation from HM, So I called my HM during his lunch period and asked him confirmation mail, he politely responded for it but no mail I received and he pinged me about my dept like are you from ADM I said yes but the project belongs to AIA and I asked him to initiate request for my dept change, he immediately said no we can't recruit a different dept resource and I requested him, he consulted his manager and said no and mentioned like we need to be answerable for our higher officials, he said like what if they ask can't you able to find any resource in AIA and approaching an ADM guy, so he said no. I lost that project due to dept mismatch, I got released from my previous project which was in AIA due to dept issues😢 and I didn't even got a single project as skillset mismatch to dept and now I need to leave Cognizant as LWD has been set to this month end. How much will you rate my bad luck out of 5🤣??
