What do you guys think of this term ?

I mean is it worth it( maybe for some people) But I personally think that people are full of greed. You see every year lakhs and lakhs of people are graduating from different divisions and 70-75% are trying to get into Software and 30 to 40% pursuing jobs and how many do you guys think are Happy with their Jobs.

Where do you guys think we people made a mistake to pay this heavy price?
