These people are bragging about their results and growth while enjoying their ESOPs and the increase in them. The CEO got a raise that's more than 10 times my salary this year, and we don't even know if we're getting any raises this year or if it's going to be the same mess like the last 2 years.
That's how the upper class is in a company or in a society. Rich gets richer, poor gets poorer while the rich eat out everything directly or indirectly.
Leave the raise, they are not even giving more than 70% variable pay
Seriously that's why any company posts in social media by senior leadership give me cringe and disgust when they brag about company technology adoption, adding client values,growth, ranking,Gartner report and name in list of top performing companies blah blah.But inside employees are working hard with no hikes since last few years.Feel so much disgust and unbearable.
