Rant : Switch Process
Switching companies has been mentally exhausting, The only thing which is making this process more exhausting is no feedback from HR's, Had a second round of interview with Deloitte on 5th Feb with no response on whether I've cleared, in portal I've no application registered to track as I got call from HR by themselves.
In the first round of another company interview the interviewer himself said he's moving me to second round, didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, continuous followed up then HR said you haven't cleared interview and they are considering my profile for another position. I really appreciate the companies which informs the candidate feedback asap.
This is common and HR responding back quickly is pure luck for any organisation.
If they have immediate need, you have skills - they will run behind you.
If they have need but not immediate, you have skills - They will take their sweet time. Will connect once in 2 weeks.
If they have need, but have a lot of skillful people around - They will take your interview and put you on hold until they find someone else clearing the interview and demanding a lesser salary than you.
Ultimately, job seekers should have Patience in such a job market. It's not your fault of the HR's don't come back to your even after your interview went well.
So keep trying. Your patience would land you in a good job soon.
