Rant on Jobs in India

What's with this job market right now. I don't understand, anyone who needs to crack their job needs good coding skills and system design. Thats all. I have seen many interview experiences at google and everything goes around DSA and system design. So if anyone who is currently 3-6 experienced, can just leave the job and prepare coding and system design with those sheets available everywhere and crack the interviews. I seriously don't understand. if that's the only thing required for a person to crack companies what's the point of work he did till date in his project in the current company. Why is this flaw entertained so much. Is this because of millions of people applying to jobs and no common criteria to filter them out? It seems really easy to me. I need others perspectives here. May be we are not gonna take risk of leaving current job and prepare for coding and system design. Is that the only point stopping us from changing jobs for better pay. Atleast for me its my loan im tied with and can't take risk. Whats the view of people who are not tied to such things. Whats stopping you guys from changing jobs with such small simple effective hack.

I switched jobs a few months back with 1 YOE. The later rounds in all companies had questions based on what I had written in my resume and we went deep into the work I did. It's not all DSA and system design. Besides, I learnt a lot of system design just from my work.

As for your question about why people don't keep switching, it's really hard to get interview calls for good opportunities.
