Rant on HR - share your experiences
I applied for a role at a well-known company in Bangalore recently, and the experience with their HR has been unbelievably frustrating.
The HR reached out initially, but since then I’ve had to constantly follow up just to get my interviews scheduled. Every time, I’m told “I’ll schedule it in 30 minutes” — and then nothing happens. When I follow up after an hour, she doesn’t even remember my name or the position I applied for.
It’s honestly disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism from a company that claims to be “reputed.” Respecting a candidate’s time and communication is the bare minimum. If you can’t manage your recruitment process properly, it reflects terribly on the company’s brand.
Yeah totally agree where some HRs are doing this many be intentionally. But current market is not even good. Lots of restructures is happing in lots of organisations, where doesn’t even get Excet clarity so it can be the reason for this too.
Looks like this is happening in many companies
