Rant on Food Delivery Startup

A famous food delivery start up in Bengaluru lost its best CTO and someone like local politician SvP made it to the top. Many of us not feeling ok to work due to political nature and way the review meetings conducted. Favouring some group and condemning other group to the core. What would you do?

If the founders are not hearing this, write a detailed glassdoor. Btw, one of the founder is on grapevine too and is aware of the problems.

Hopefully they can do something about it, I doubt they can do anything about it as they need to run business not his org. Anyways rant is a rant. If more employees are feeling same can make some difference.

Most of the employees feel the same way. Management is turning a blind eye to it. Ranting on GV has become a daily norm now. Not many people care anymore. They're just looking for their own exit ASAP.
