BU HR said my compensation is higher than the median for Grade B2 for my account. Said to wait till mid-April. The hike letters might come by then. But no hike seems more probable. I know for a fact that he himself does the annual pay review for our client account along with the Senior Director. So he knows exactly how much each one of us is going to get as hike. From his statement, I am quite certain I am noy going to get a hike this year.

I have always maintained 60% office attendance, on a billable project, brought in new project from the client, managed to get sign off from client for adding 3 resources on new project from next month, last year rating 1, this year rating exceeding. How does it make sense to not get a hike?

Was in the process of conducting interviews for adding the 3 resources. Have put it on hold. Told the client that the environmental for hiring is not great at the moment. The project contract is going to be signed end of apr. If no hike by mid-apr, will probably not recruit anyone, tell the client the project does not seem to be working out as intended, rescind the contract request and resign. No hike for me, no growth for the account as well!
