Rant - Need advice

I have an offer and a scholarship to join an amazing UNI abroad - course starts in October.

I work at a start-up right now, and I make around 1.2L a month.

I have decided to leave my job and take up the Master's.

One part of me says quit right away, take a 3 month break, focus on my health (I've gained a lot of weight by working in odd hours) and just relax before moving out.

The other part of me is asking me to stay until August, make a couple of lakhs more so that there's enough money left for other expenses as well.

I'm dead confused.

Given I work in the night shift, my sleep has gone for a toss.

Should I prioritise my health over money, at this point?

I don't think you have to prioritise one thing over the other, you just have to do some management.

Try incorporating fitness into your routine with your night job. Atleast do a bare minimum only on a 30min workout everyday.

Sleep can be fixed. You have to spend time reading/ learning about it. It will only take an hour or two to get on baseline.

( I am thinking of adding a consultation link to my comments on grapevine. There's a big market opportunity for me 😂😂)

Thanks for this. But I think at this point, given the amount of workload I have, it wouldn't be feasible for me to get good sleep or get a workout in between.

Most likely you are lying to yourself. Everybody has 30min to workout.

Don't focus on 30. Just get in the zone

Quiet quit. Do the bare minimum. Make the additional money and workout on company time.
