Trending @Accenture; [Rant]-most toxic place to work at.

MY co-worker likes to dominate in every little thing and she gossips with manager and she says stuff against each and everyone and my manager trusts her blindly . She is same level as mine and I don’t think I will get promoted even though I have more experience and better problem solving skills than her . It just sucks that my project environment is this. i wish i had a mature manager who does not support drama but it is what it is.

It is indeed a toxic place
