I joined CG leaving a better paying company just because of brand value, little did I know how chindi this company is. My poor a$$ thought 💭 I'll get atleast 10-15% hike. Putting 12 hrs, working on weekends. Had I joined another company and recieved even 5 % hike. I could have purchased iPhone 15 pro max 512GB with the difference of loosing an already better offer and a hike on top of that offer in another company. P.S Not an iSheep, used Apple only for comparison.

Working from hospital, done everything but got 1% hike 😅😅 They gave me leadership role in B2 band and expecting that I should work like D1 & D2. Hence proved, results matter, people doesn't count. Get the future they want😉
