[Rant] "Founder mode" is just a blank check for bad leadership
All the leaders obsessed with this Silicon Valley concept are turning work into a nightmare. They are basically using it to micromanage everything and bypass product teams entirely They'll prolly just demand updates at 2 AM and call it passion.
But why should we as regular employees put up with this? What is our upside for answering at 2 AM? A generic 10% bonus?
We shouldn't let toxic founders rebrand bad leadership as a management philosophy. Us and them are not the same. Their cringe obsession with copying SV trends makes me sick Go trust your PMs to build the product and let them sleep Ignore the hype
