I am very depressed because my manager is micromanaging..I am the one who is working on all the task when I asked him what about other members.he goes in opposite to me and raised voice against me ..I don't understand what needs to do My other team members are not working they just visiting office and goes back...
There's an option for you to raise your voice against your manager too, use that. It's called a Grievance which you might find in Ultimatix. You just need to select the proper category while submitting your concern along with proof if possible so that there won't be any chance for the manager to defend himself. Best luck

Grievance should be your last option. Better talk to your manager one-on-one first. If it does not work out, contact your delivery manager. If nothing works out, file an ultimatix grievance. Keep in mind that if they release you, that is a good thing; otherwise, backfire will occur. Think before making a decision.
This is commons common problem in Big companies where few bad manager torture their subordinate and make working environment toxic. You have below option,
- Raise grievance in Ultimatix however HR team is pretty useless too. They mostly work as henchmen on behalf of ISU team so if your Manger is at higher position then you may not get enough support.
- Talk to your account manager and share your concern but be ready for all out battle as your manager would know that you have complained and try to retaliate.
- Ask for release and look for a better project.
Just ask release if you have completed your 18 months. Speaking with DM or anyone won't change anything in TCS. It will affect you further. Better ask release and move to a different project
