Rant and Query!
Hi People, i always maintained 100% RTO, however after the band release and the hike issues i couldn't get myself to go to the office, Coz in my eyes experience with TCS, first hike was not given saying it's a new policy, then got a B 2nd year and now inspite of good band no hike. Which kind of was very hurtful in spite of all efforts. In short i didn't go to ofc for 4 days, Can someone genuinely help understand the impact. Thankss
Impact is WFO index will affected which will impact the QVA which will reduce whatever little money you are getting. Better to go to office and do little work
Don't go to office. Show them your stand . I myself not going from past 2 week
So i can see you are a PMO.....not sure if its true... Not sure if you can really stay back home and not go to office as a protest considering the nature of your job....
I Know, i have never skipped a day even when wfh was allowed I was expected at office. This is just a vent I guess, i spend 3hrs in travel, worked really hard and I felt all for nothing hence.
