Rant about WFH

Bangalore Traffic is becoming insane. Commuting takes nearly 4hrs daily. Health is taking a toll with these insane pollution potholes. Amidst all of this the only relief is being able to work from home for 5 days and the management is taking that privilege too. They talk a lot about employee wellbeing, work life balance and what not but ignoring employees struggles with travelling so much. And they come up with ideas like moving near the office. early. Feeling so helpless, frustrated. Anyways we can take this up with the management. Aren't HR's the one who has to work on the employee's concerns?! Why do they always come up with ignorant answers when we put out concerns. What is the purpose of employee surveys when they can't even address what's more important.
