I'd say increase your visibility in team. Be more vocal about your work Or Decrease your contributions and slowly increase it and be passive aggressive in standups, highlight your unproductive collegue more.
Like if you have any work in standups say that ull work with him on it as your stuck (even if ur not) and if he doesn't know still act confused . When he's unable to figure out ,you work alone resolve it
And highlight how you solved it in standup.
Whichever is more convenient for you, do it.

That's true extreme favouritism in the team...
