Project manager is an idiot. Useless human gave me a 3/5 rating when I clearly deserved 4/5. I worked hard with the client and when I got into discussion with him regarding it, he stated I should've been more involved in "other activities" which were clearly not written in my goals. Literally fed up of this "Unkil organization" and now i will work like a 2/5 rating guy, but then also they will have to give me 3/5 as they have to, i quote, "maintain the bell curve"
Same heee and once you got underperformance they'll fire you indirectly lay you off by asking to sign resignation letter as today itself with no notice period it happened with me and now am jobless

Not like i got fired but it's an indirectly fired but practically it's me who did resigned by signing papers as they forced me to do else they said they'll not make my career card as green and it will spoil my career of corporate life.
I thought this happened with only me. I really went blank after hearing that you need to involve in other activities. How do we know that where else there is scope. And finally boltha hai ki aap 3 se thoda aage hai but bit lesser than 4. :(
Seriously, don't know on what bases they are giving rating even after working hard they are giving wrost ratings.
